Support for Payday Flo. Real replies from the person who built it.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they're managed in your Apple ID — not inside Payday Flo:
Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Tap Restore purchases — it's on the paywall itself and in Settings → Restore purchases. That re-checks your Apple ID for an active subscription.
If you originally subscribed while signed in with Apple, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID. Still stuck? Email us and we'll sort it out.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the purchase. If Apple declines and you think there's been a mistake, email us and we'll do what we can to help.
Your budget is stored on your device. We don't receive a copy and we can't see your numbers. If you use more than one device with the same Apple ID, your data can sync through your own iCloud account — that transfer is between your devices, and we have no access to it.
Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
iCloud sync needs a few things to be true:
Sync happens shortly after a change, and again when the app is opened or sent to the background. If a device has been offline, open Payday Flo on it and give it a moment to catch up.
Deleting the app removes its data from that device. To also clear synced data, go to Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage, find Payday Flo, and delete its data.
To request deletion of anything tied to your account, email help@neonpathlabs.com.
Not in the current version. Every balance and bill is entered by you. Automatic bank sync is something we're working on for a future update — and if we add it, connecting an account will always be optional.
Reminders are scheduled for bills that are still unpaid, so a bill you've already marked paid won't alert you.
Please tell us — a lot of Payday Flo has been shaped by people writing in. Email help@neonpathlabs.com with what you expected and what happened instead. Screenshots are very welcome.
